We also offer free in-store pickup from our retail store in Australind, Western Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and may vary depending on location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and size of your order, including packaging.

Heavier or oversized items may incur higher shipping costs due to Australia Post pricing, including cubic weight charges where applicable.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Some items, including large sculptures, collectibles, and oversized giftware, may be heavy or bulky.

These items may be charged based on actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater, in accordance with Australia Post shipping guidelines.

If an issue arises with shipping costs for a large or oversized item, we may contact you before dispatch.
